1. Support is totally non-existent. I wrote their support the first time the 18th of June '25 and still have not receive ANY reply2. When I bought saleshandy (doing false advertising claiming 'unlimited warm' which you don't get) they told me that the existing trulyinbox subscription would be cancelled and I would get linked with their system. That was a lie and the subscription did not get cancelled. And again support is not responding for a refund.3. Connection to random inboxes is lost and neither their system or support helps to solve it4. They don't show stats of emails send for warm-up. Only from yesterday but not over time.5. their system does not adhere to the 'daily increase' of warm-up as per config at all
