I received my product and when I opened it - it literally appeared like a liquid like foundation in a “powder like”compact. There is/was NO way could I stamp on the foundation to my face. I sent an email with a picture and asked what is this and what happened. I have not heard from them. Sent another email and still ZERO response. Now I’m trying to return (30 days free trial)and even that is difficult. Not recommended
Apparently, Hushglow foundation was not appropriate for my skin type. The result was very unbecoming, and it had nothing to do with the shade I chose, I wanted to return it, but READ THE FINE PRINT, FOLKS! You cannot get a refund if the product has been opened or used. How can you determine if it suits you if you don’t open and try it!! What a scam.
I purchased HUSH through Amazon and it arrived overnight. No need to wait weeks, or deal with horrible customer service when Amazon is avaiable!
I haven't used it yet - I will try it tomorrow - but if don't like it, I know I can return it to Amazon for a quick refund.
Product is very good. I have had problems with color, texture and application with other makeup. This product is the best “ivory” option I have ever tried. Coverage is good and dark spots are minimized in a natural way
I received my first order and really liked it, but decided it was too light for my skin. It wasn’t bad, but didn’t give me a color boost that I wanted. So, I ordered the next color. It arrived and the container was flawed and makeup was everywhere! I emailed the company and got an immediate response as well as a new container at no cost! Excellent customer service and wonderful product. I’m 73 and spent my entire life in the sun! Love this makeup!
BUYER BEWARE. TOTAL SCAM. NO REFUND FOR OPENED PRODUCTS. So you're unable to try it, decide it doesn't live up to the hype, and get your money back. Mediocre coverage, looks and feels very dry. My fault for not reading the return policy.
The product does not accurately represent its ingredients. The listing on the side of the package differs from the advertised information. The color match does not align with other makeup brands, particularly when describing shades like warm or ivory. It sits on the skin and emphasizes wrinkles. I feel like I wasted my money and ultimately disposed of it, as it seems challenging to receive feedback from the company.
The product does not resemble what is shown in the advertisement. It is a thick foundation that leaves a ghostly appearance. This product caused severe breakouts on my skin, which has never happened with any other product. I reached out to the support team and received a response stating they would follow up, but I never heard back. I have disputed the charge with my credit card.

I am extremely satisfied with this foundation. It applies effortlessly, leaving a beautifully smooth and soft finish. Most importantly, it lasts all day, unlike many others I've tried. While some foundations look good initially, they don't hold up throughout the day. At 64 years old, I truly appreciate this one.
