I placed an order over two months ago and have sent several emails. I only received one response stating that it was delivered, which it definitely was not. I reach out daily but receive no guidance on resolving this issue. They've taken my money, and I still lack the product or any means of communication. The customer service is awful, and I feel completely cheated out of my $100 with no chance for reimbursement.
