Never received my order. A representative named Dave does nothing when I reported the delay. Just excuses. Another shipment should been made and the shipper used should be penalized for its poor service. I will never order this product again.

Avoid ordering Evervision 14-in-1 eye formula

I ordered one Evervision 14-in-1 advanced eye formula on 26th November 2025. Took 3 weeks to arrive sent from China even though it states on the advert it is made in USA. On 24th December 2025, I received an email that another Evervision had been despatched which I never Ordered. When I email their service, they claimed I signed up for a subscription service. This was not made clear on ordering. Emails still going back and forth - standard scripts are sent not addressing the issue which I want the money deducted from the card refunded back to me. I have managed to cancel the subscription but they are playing deaf ears for the refund. The trust pilot on their advert is misleading which says Excellent with 5 stars. That is fraudulent and a lie - they do not even deserve 1 star. I checked other reviews and it looks like the whole concept is a scam and the claims they make about restoring eyesight is an absolute lie. Please stay clear of this company. Not trustworthy. Fraudulent website preying on the vulnerable.

I ordered from evervision, they will NOT cancel subscription

I ordered from evervision. Didn't ask for a subscription. They kept charging me. I emailed them 4 times asking to cancel subscription I didnt ask for. They replied each time saying. "I understand what you are saying." Then kept charging my credit card. After 4th email they finally sent a link to cancel. Not sure if it is really canceled. I had to cancel my credit card!! Terrible company!!!

Would not order again

I notified them I didn't want a subscription and was charged for another bottle. Neither my husband or I tolerated the capsules good. They were not fast on responding either. I do not recommend them. I dealt with this in October and November.

Evervision emails

My 11/7 order Confirmation email provided shipping date with tracking link. never shipped & link no good. My email asking for explanation provided false claims. 12/5 I asked to deliver the 11/7 order before any further contact. Instead on 12/5 you billed and shipped another order.I do NOT trust anything they say.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They are in CHINA!! They automatically continue to charge your credit card for the intial product (which I did not receive and clearly shows in transit after over 65 days). I have tried multiple times to cancel any subscription or autorenewal and have yet to get any response. I've had to dispute charges with my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
