I am writing this to express my profound dissatisfaction with the predatory subscription practices and administrative incompetence of this establishment.
Despite having initiated a formal cancellation of my subscription well in advance of the billing cycle, the company proceeded to process an unauthorized transaction. To exacerbate the matter, they dispatched a fragrance that was neither requested nor aligned with my established preferences.
They didn’t even send the product.
The support I received was exceptional, and I really appreciate the travel bottles included. They are the ideal size, likely enough to last a month for me to determine if I truly like the fragrance. When my second bottle lacked shipping updates, I inquired about it. They quickly informed me it was lost in transit and immediately sent a replacement. I highly recommend this subscription for anyone eager to discover new scents.

I received a defective product, but the customer service was outstanding! They were quick to assist, making it easy to replace my scent.
