Subpar customer service

I placed an order on December 12th. The payment was taken from my account almost immediately. I've emailed them twice with no response at all. Now it's December 22nd, and their site shows a paid but unfulfilled order. I can't seem to get any answers regarding my order or a refund. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS SERVICE, it's a total scam! I would give it zero stars if I could!

This service is a total scam!

This service is a total scam!! I placed an order on December 8th, and it was supposed to ship within two days. My card was charged immediately, including an extra fee! I contacted the company and got an auto-response saying I would hear back soon—but I still haven't! I sent another email with no response. Now it's December 30th, and I have neither a refund nor my item. I regret not checking the reviews before ordering. I'm out of my money and very frustrated!

Fraudulent service

I ordered five bottles of cologne from this service on November 16th and was charged $104.95 the next day. As of December 2nd, I still haven't received my order or any response. I've tried to contact them through email and their website, but no luck. I even tried reaching out via WhatsApp, but it says they aren't available. It's impossible to get in touch, and I've reported the charges as fraudulent.

Lack of communication

I will remove this review if anything changes. I ordered $170 worth of perfume ten days ago and received only the initial order confirmation. Five days later, I emailed asking about shipping and tracking, and got an auto-response. Since then, I've sent three more emails and left my phone number, but no one has contacted me. I have no idea if my perfumes will be shipped. As a business owner, I can't fathom treating customers this way. Their prices are reasonable, but ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable.
