Disappointed with my fragrance order

I ordered a fragrance that was supposed to be genuine, but it turned out to be a counterfeit. The authentic scent lasts for a long time, while this one faded quickly. I'm very disappointed and will not use this service again.

Long-time customer, now frustrated

I've been a customer for years. Recently, in my last two orders, a costly item was missing along with a few others. When I reached out to the support team, they requested photos of the discarded packages to start resolving the issue. They insisted on this despite the fact that they track each package, which would show the missing items. I'm very upset and have reported them to the relevant authorities. After years of loyalty and multiple high-value orders each month, I will not be placing any more orders with them.
