FRAUDULENT! T.S.A. airport transfer charged in advance 52 Euros and then cancelled the pick up. Claims that we cancelled and also after 3 months they have not returned the money and of course, this fraudulent company will not return it. That is their way of making money. Make sure NOT TO BOOK THIS COMPANY !!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DONT GO THERE! They charged the payment on the day we used the Company and 3 months later they charge the same amount once again. Apparently by clicking the «book» button you concent to be charged again 3 months later . This was not mentioned at all while booking. DON’T GO THERE

Do not use!!!! Please. I wish I had read these reviews before I booked. Their front page said 59 EU to airport. Nowhere did it say on the main page “this is a 50% deposit”. It just said 59EU online booking. Apparently they have a terms and conditions button that you are expected to open and read …a few pages at length. They bury key information in fine print. There was a follow up charge on our credit card 3 months later for another 59EU. When I complained, they answered immediately (literally 30 seconds later) with a series of very LONG emails defending their practices. These were not typed by an operator. They came back too quickly. It’s so obvious that they are “boilerplate” responses to a complaint. Which tells me they have hundreds of these coming in. If they have to resort to automated or cut-and-paste long responses, then there’s a real issue with their deceitful advertising practices - its very clearly bait and switch tactics. Shame on them. And Shame on Italy’s business overseers for allowing this type of advertising practices. Zero rating!!!!
