Not as advertised

I ordered these glasses without checking reviews and was disappointed upon arrival. They are cheap, mass-produced thick molded glass, not hand-blown crystal. While beautifully packaged, you can't disguise low-quality products. I contacted the company for a full refund and was asked for photos of the issue. After providing them, I was offered a 20% refund. I will pursue a full refund through chargeback.
