Review Time
Ordered 4 glasses and everything came. Ordered 6 more and only 5 coasters came. I wrote and requested one more. They wanted a picture of the coaster. I did and sent it to them. Then they wanted me to take a picture of then 5 of them. These are real inexpensive item, maybe .10 item. Can't believe the runaround. Glad I didn't have a major problem! Careful who you deal with!
To be clear, I did NOT purchase this product. I did contact the company directly and asked some questions about quality and guarantee. I was ignored.I recommend you do this before purchasing.- Look at the reviews. The product I looked at has 325 5 star reviews, and not a single 1 or 2 start review. Does that feel right?- Look at the wording of the reviews. Lots of words like elegant, awesome, modern, classic, bold, gorgeous and so on. Did normal people decide to not leave normal reviews for these products?- There are constant discounts, up to 60% from what I have seen. If a company can offer ongoing extreme discounts and still make a profit something does not stack up. The original price may be in question, and therefore the quality if a crystal glass is advertised at $100, but you can have it for $40.Again to be clear, I am not reviewing a product. I am recommending caution and a bit of analysis before committing to a purchase. At least make contact as I did, and see if you get a response.
Complete fraud! The cheap and nasty Storm glasses are from a poorly made mould. The only thing handcrafted are the fake photographs. Packaging is 10 times better than the scam glassware. Bought as a present, cannot give them as they are an embarrassment better off with McDonald's Happy Meal glass, at least it is what it is.Can only assume the 5 star reviews are staff or paid for.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The glasses are trash and their refund policy requires YOU to pay shipping to get the refund! Of COURSE they offer you a 50% refund + a 30% discount to exchange trash glasses for trash glasses! This company is fraudulent and deceptive! I will be reporting them to the BBB for.deceptive marketing practices and fraudulent business practice. Everyone else here should do the same!
What a nightmare this company is! We purchased the glasses on line, directly from Tsukiglass web site, for over $100, as a special gift. When we finally received them we took one look at them and boxed them back up! The quality is horrible! We immediately contacted them by email to request the required RMA#. (Side note: you must have an RMA#, pay for return shipping and also pay a 20% restocking fee for these pieces of sh#t Walmart quality glasses!) We have received three auto response emails so far with no RMA number yet! Giving birth was easier than returning these damn glasses! Do not orders from this company! Oh, I also found the exact same glasses, by the exact same manufacturer on Amazon for $19!!! It will cost me $40 in shipping and restocking fees to get rid of them!!!!
