Review Time
Purchased these for my son for a Christmas present. I was suprised at the unique black wrapping and bow that the box with the glasses were packaged in that I DID not open them to inspect them. If they are anything like the photos on the website when I ordered I expect them to be nothing less spectacular. I would not open them as they are a gift and too pretty to do so.
Such stunning beautifully crafted whiskey glasses. I bought them as a Christmas gift for my husband and my dad. They came exquisitely wrapped and in a beautiful box .I am a collector of bougie bareware and so far these are the most beautiful ones in my collection . Also awesome customer service I had a small blip with my order and customer service remedied my question in 24hrs. I paid and waited... and nothing ever happened. No response to email queries, just a plain rip-off.And, as an update dated 7 November, in response to Tsukiglass asking me to contact their support team: I have contacted you! I have waited for you to rectify the problem! And I am still waiting and you have still done nothing! All I can say as that you are prompt to react to a negative review, but less than keen to solve an issue repeatedly brought to your attention.
