DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND - IT'S A SCAM!Bought the Milano Coat, as described by all the reviews - it is the worst quality material I have seen, no label (clearly shipped from a warehouse in China as seen by the packaging) and not worth the price either. Tua Milano states that it's a luxury brand, there was nothing luxurious about the coat.I emailed requesting to return the Milano Coat in December 2025, I received acknowledgement of my return in the same month and then have heard nothing since. I have emailed 4 time since and messaged on Instagram, no response at all.Like everyone who has ordered before me, they're not responding to emails because seems like everyone wants to return the incredibly poor quality products and they keep ignoring requests.Would urge to avoid this brand, though the clothes may look nice on the photos, this place is a scam for quality and customer service.Would appreciate if someone could look into my request URGENTLY and issue a refund!

I am extremely disappointed and angry.The coat I received has a huge difference from what was advertised. It arrived without any tag, the quality is terrible, and it looks nothing like the photos. I honestly cannot believe I paid money for this.I worked hard to buy this coat, and what I received is cheap, badly made, and completely misleading. This feels like a scam.I have been trying to contact them for days via email and Instagram, and no one replies. I CANT RETURN MY COAT CAUSE NO ONE ANSWER.I feel cheated and very disappointed. I received dress noir that I ordered on website tua Milano website, but it doesn't match the model shown on the website. Moreover, their employees didn't even bother to remove the Chinese tags. I was disappointed with the product's appearance and quality. I wrote about this problem to their support about refund, but nobody made efforts to answer me.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They disguise themselves as this Italian company and they just Chinese cowboys behind the name. They don’t issue you a return label and weeks to come! I’ve had to go through my bank for a refund. Awful! Can’t wait until they are shut down
FAKE. It’s AliExpress dropshopping. Already returned everything and been waiting for over 2 months for my return. Glad I paid with PayPal so I should get my money back. But please DO NOT order there. Also the costs i received weren’t looking like the pictures, not even 5%. They keep posting and delete all comments of people that want their money back.
