The website stated that delivery would take 2-3 days. After a few days, I received an email informing me that the order had been dispatched. After more than two weeks, I wanted to know where my order was and was told – again after some delay – that the goods were still in the warehouse, but that I could cancel the order, which I did as soon as possible. Now, almost three months later, I still haven't received my money. I am being put off and passed around – from logistics to customer service. I have been asked to comment on my delivery experience. In a word: disastrous!

Now, nearly three months later, I have yet to receive my refund. I've been continuously transferred between departments, from logistics to customer service. I've now been prompted to review my delivery experience. To sum it up: catastrophic!
The customer service was commendable; however, the return processing time was excessively long — 14 days after the return was received, followed by another 15 days until the refund was processed. This timeline feels quite extended, particularly since payment is made right away.
I placed a large order, but some items were missing. After a few emails, they resolved the issue and sent the missing items. All is well now. I wish I had noticed their coupons on the website that could have saved me some money. I'll definitely look next time.
