Been trying for 4 months to get a simple issue resolved. Countless hours on the phone, emails, support tickets. Even upgraded my plan to try to resolve it. It is still NOT WORKING as it should. Horrible experience! This is a business site and I have lost clients because if it.
I got a suspected spam email requesting payment for TURBIFY hosting plan. I called TURBIFY directly rather than clicking on link in the spam email to verify that it was NOT from TURBIFY. My existing plan was a two decades plus old legacy SBC/Yahoo plan. So I also changed my plan to a current 100% Turbify. This action I recommend to other legacy plan holders!!
Used to have Yahoo Small Business. Got taken over by Turbify, and jacked my rates up and added an extra feature I didn't want (security of something when I called). Tried cancelling and said I had to pay for full year (no pro-rated refunds). And said weren't willing to adjust cost. Had they worked with me, would have stayed with them and they'd have had a customer for life.Moving to Go-daddy where much cheaper.
