We have relied on this software for the past four years, and up until recently, our experience was satisfactory. Unfortunately, for the last three days, the software has been completely unusable, which has significantly disrupted our business operations. We cannot create quotations, invoices, proforma invoices, or other billing documents, leading to delays, customer dissatisfaction, and financial losses.
Despite numerous follow-ups and attempts to reach out, the problem remains unresolved, and the support team has not provided a clear timeline. For software that is crucial to our accounting and billing processes, this extent of downtime and inadequate support is unacceptable.
Long-term users expect dependability, accountability, and swift solutions, especially during critical situations. Regrettably, the current level of service does not fulfill those expectations.
We hope the company takes this feedback to heart and enhances its technical reliability and customer support responsiveness.

In my opinion, this company has scammed us. About 18 months ago, a previous employee paid a substantial amount, with assurances of no further payments until 2035. When I sought clarification, my emails went ignored, and phone conversations were unhelpful. I was met with hostility and contradictory information, leading me to believe we would not pay any additional fees. I have serious concerns about their practices.
