I purchased FluxBuilder and also the source code from CodeCanyon with the hope of building a reliable e-commerce mobile app solution. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing.The platform itself is full of bugs, and even the most basic features like Add to Cart do not work properly. When I raised tickets, the responses I received were either dismissive or contradictory. At one point, I was told not to test on FluxBuilder (their own platform!) but instead to test only on the app. This is unacceptable — how can a tool designed for building and testing apps not support its own core features?Support promised fixes multiple times, including a version release scheduled for specific dates, but those deadlines kept shifting with no real progress. The same promises were repeated again and again without delivery. It wasted weeks of my time and derailed client work.On top of that, the source code purchased from CodeCanyon was also filled with bugs and practically unusable. Between the poor quality of the product and the lack of accountability from support, we have lost both time and money.We have now decided to abandon FluxBuilder completely and build our own custom solution in-house.I would strongly caution anyone considering FluxBuilder or InspireUI — the product is not reliable, the support is inconsistent, and the promises made are not fulfilled.— Ankit SrivastavaTechnical Head, Haxcode Technology Solutions
