I would give it zero stars if that was an optionThis company allowed my domain name to be stolen from me by Go Daddy and the worst part is they knew this was happening instead of trying to protect me. They were just continuously billing me instead of allowing me the opportunity of getting it back.
I am not well-versed in domains and their relationship to where emails are hosted. When Google Workspace upped its fees, I decided to do something. After some research, I found that Turbify registered my domain. I wanted to find out if Google was paying for my domain and what would happen if I canceled. The person at Turiby support had an accent so thick I could not understand him. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told to wait. After waiting for a while, I was told that the supervisor would call. That never happened. I received an email stating that my case was being escalated to a higher level of support.
The management decision to outsource technical support to foreign countries makes the experience less than pleasant. Although you can hear the agents try very hard, English is obviously not the language they speak the majority of the time. I had an issue that was not resolved, but after a more than needed lengthy conversation, received a way to work around it.Plus, prices have increased several times in the short time Turbify has been my provider.
