Extremely Frustrating Experience

Extremely frustrating. The service has been charging my card monthly despite my numerous requests to cancel. I just received a message from a representative claiming that I committed to a 12-month plan. That's not true. I tried using the service for about an hour months back, and it was ineffective for me. Awful Experience
