I feel completely misled and have been charged for three treatments within a month! I was promised a refund after dealing with their terrible customer service, but it still hasn't arrived. I strongly advise avoiding this service!
Avoid the disappointment. Technicians fail to show up, don’t make calls, and when you reach out, they postpone until the "next" visit. We had more issues with ants, wasp nests, and weeds after a year than before hiring them. No-shows and ineffective treatments are common. They also add unexpected charges after refusing to treat your property.
A technician came today for the routine pest control inside and outside my home. He is service-oriented, respectful, and professional. Always punctual and dependable, he listens attentively to my concerns. Having worked in this field for several years, he consistently meets my expectations. I'm extremely satisfied with his work.
We have been with this service for several years, and their treatment team has always been friendly and effective. I wanted to switch services to support a friend who has his own company. I called at the end of August and was advised to wait until they treated my home on September 8th before canceling. Now I find out I owe $197 for that service on the 8th, which I thought was already covered. It seems they just wanted to bill me again before my cancellation. I learned this from a new invoice.
The company came for quarterly pest service but didn’t inform me that they had reduced service visits from four to three annually while keeping the same price. This means I received one-third less service for the same cost. When I raised this issue after receiving my bill, they insisted I was getting the same service! After sending a detailed letter, I terminated my service and paid my previous quarter’s bill. Since then, I have been inundated with texts and calls about an unpaid amount of $28! Is this a company anyone would want to engage with?
I was not satisfied with either their pest control or lawn services (mud dobbers all over my home, spiders, torpedo grass everywhere, etc.!), so I called to cancel. However, they are now telling me it will cost $500 to exit my one-year contract. Beware, they will take advantage of you.
