I was interested in trying this app went to download it I need to find it wasn't compatible with my phone contact your customer service immediately was told they understood my subscription was canceled and I would not be charged again. I continued to be charged by this company as well as being charged for the initial use wouldn't even work. If this is an indication of the help I'm you're going to get from this software you might want to be careful. Also keep an eye on your bank account they charge you when you don't think you're being charged disgusted with this company

I have had a bad experience with this company. They work through Google playstore subscription. It is hell to remove them. You need to contact your bank and ask them to stop payments. Check with chtgpt before joining and AI app that are unkown.

SCAM!

My very first complaint about this company is that they stole money from me illegally. They charged my account $21.56 three times in a row on the same day and after supposedly cancelling my membership said that my refund had processed but I have received nothing. I contacted customer service and they tried to tell me that I have a triple subscription. I only use one device so that would be pointless! Do not use this app it is a huge scam and they will take your money without permission!

This App is a scam

This App is a scam. It started by deducting $ 1.99 per week from my account, as advertised, but quickly increased to $19.99 per week with no notifications.The app is very basic and provides no added value over other free apps of a similar nature.

They are a scam they processed two…

They are a scam they processed two $19.99 payment from back to back April 29th and 28th. I had to go to the website to cancel the subscription and I’m still not really sure if it’s canceled. If that not bad enough, I requested a refund because it was an available option and it just said “refund successful” pure scam they got me for the 40 ball smh.

Scam - please avoid.

I purchased a 1 year subscription (a very rash thing to do on my part, but there seemed to be a robust money-back promise, and there were a lot of enthusiastic reviews in the Apple Store). I really wish I hadn't bothered. I can't even get past the account creation process. I tried using their federated options - create account using Apple/ Google, and then I tried the old-fashioned email + password route. Every option just timed out. Wondering if perhaps an account had been created in the background as sometimes happens when the UI isn't working, I tried signing in. Same result - failed silently with no error message. I then tried using my phone browser - no joy, and then my laptop browser - seemed to allow account creation with Apple, but then prompted me to pay for a subscription. When I go through the setup process from scratch on my phone, I end up at the dreaded give-us-your-money screen. For the sake of trying EVERYTHING, I tapped Continue, only to be informed by my iPhone that I already have a 1 year subscription. At least SOMEONE knows this, if not the app developers themselves. I can't believe this absolutely dismal UX failure has been allowed to go into production. Perhaps the errors I'm experiencing are some kind of weird edge case, but I highly doubt that because there's absolutely nothing edge-case about my devices or the way I followed the UI flow. Now we'll see whether the process of getting a refund is any better...
