Avoid at all costs!

Do not order from this company under any circumstances! This is a Chinese company hiding behind a Belgium incorporated address. I ordered two lights for over £125 which arrived wrapped in a 50cm sheet of bubble wrap, bent and damaged. The quality was extremely poor and frankly looked like a fire risk waiting to happen!Their website says damaged items will be refunded at no cost to the buyer but they insisted I would only get a refund if I spent £30 on return postage to China (and even then, I have serious doubts they would)

I echo what others have said — this company is an absolute scam. I ordered two pendant lights for over $400, but the wrong, cheap pendants arrived, loosely wrapped in bubble wrap with no box. After several emails back and forth trying to prove they’d sent the wrong items, they refused to take responsibility.Their website clearly states that damaged or incorrect items will be refunded at no cost to the buyer, but they insisted I pay return postage to China ($120) and would only give me a 50% refund. Completely unacceptable.Do not be fooled by the positive reviews — I’m certain they’re fake. Avoid this company at all costs!** As I’m unable to reply directly to the company’s response to my review, I’d like to confirm that this is a legitimate review. My order number is #TWACO1127. I have already emailed info@twilightandco multiple times and received unhelpful responses from Lisa, who eventually stopped replying altogether. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful assistance regarding my issue.*** These are by far the worst retailers I’ve ever dealt with. Their response to my Trustpilot review pretending to be caring and apologetic is nothing more than an attempt to save face. I followed their request and emailed them again, but they have shown no genuine intention of resolving the issue. They’re now claiming that it has “passed 30 days,” and therefore they’re unable to process a replacement or refund, even though I contacted them on the very day I received the incorrect goods.I hope my review reaches as many potential customers as possible so they can think twice before purchasing from this retailer. Honestly, you’d be better off buying from Temu, the product quality would be about the same, if not better, at a fraction of the price.
