Based on my experience, this company should be avoided for several reasons. I placed an order that took weeks to arrive, and the delivery updates were nonexistent until it reached the courier, known for poor service. They missed the delivery slot by several hours, and I couldn't reach a human for assistance. The product was poorly packaged, resulting in creases that hinder its use. The quality is subpar for the price. Customer support failed to understand that the product was not fit for purpose, despite photographic evidence. In summary, I recommend steering clear of this company.
This is a scam! Beware! They take your money, claim your purchase is stuck in customs, and then ask you to call a provided number, which is another scam! They even created a fake tracking page—almost clever, but not quite. Avoid purchasing from them! I've lost £144.
If I could give a -10 award, I would. This company has strung me along since 18th September when I ordered a £40 lamp. It has never turned up. I have emailed to see what has happened and each time I have been told “it is on its way. I have asked for a refund which has not been forthcoming. This company appears to be running a scam. Do not trust them.
SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITEI made a mistake of not checking before purchase. Never received my item and they will not send a new. Website says Belgium however research shows that Belgium law requires a registered ABN on their website which they do not have. This is a Chinese seller, using original photos of lamps and selling copies.

My PayPal case is ongoing, and I’ll update once I have a resolution.
