WARNING TO EVERYONE. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. Website says company in Belgium but they are in fact Chinese. In addition: shopped with them and was sent a cheap copy item not identical with their website, and unusable. Their website claims 'refund at not extra cost' for refunds unusable, damaged etc however they will not refund. They will ask you to 'let it go' and offer you a low refund to keep item.
I received a defective item with my order, but the replacement process was absolutely seamless. Customer support responded quickly, arranged everything without any stress, and the new lamp arrived in perfect condition. It really showed how professional and reliable their service is. I’m very impressed and will definitely continue shopping here.
I’m super happy with my new bedside lamps. They’re lightweight and easy to move, but still feel sturdy and well-made. The design is stylish and fits perfectly with my bedroom decor, adding just the right amount of light in the evenings. They also arrived very well-packaged with no scratches or damage, which gave me extra confidence in the store’s attention to detail.
Ordered a toy. Arrived after over THREE weeks, not as described. This was not a cheap toy. It arrived faulty, not weighted as described, barely the size described (have to really stretch it to get to the 60cm. It looks nothing like the picture it's an absolute sham. It arrived in a cheap plastic bag with Chinese writing all over it. The inside of the fabric has been stitched incorrectly so was on the outside of the toy, clearly very poorly made. I reached it to customer service and all they are offering is a replacement product. I've told them this isn't acceptable. I'm not waiting another 3 weeks to potentially receive another faulty cheap product when it is not at all like described. I continually requested a refund and offered to send back faulty item and this far they have not accepted. DO NOT USE. Selling cheap products under a guise.
They pretended Austlarian websit and shipping in 6 to 8 business days but turns out, keep changing expected delivery dates so I asked for refund but they reject to refund. Was meant to deliverd within a week but it had beed a month still has't come. It says it will take another 1 to 2 weeks on top of 1month.
Horrendous quality of light for a high price.Light was cheap plastic with some sort of hot glue piling out the side holding it together. With a plug to put into the wall there was actually no mechanisim for it to even light up or be a light!Company when contacted tried to bid with me via email repeatedly regarding what they would refund.Save your hard earned money and avoid this place at all costs!
The customer service here has been absolutely amazing. I accidentally received the wrong lamp with my order, but as soon as I reached out, they responded quickly and were very understanding. They immediately sent out the correct lamp without charging me any extra fees. The whole process was stress-free, and it really showed how much they care about their customers.
