TYCM is a SCAM!! Do not buy from them!

After seeing their ad on Facebook, I placed an order for a ride on zebra on Nov. 23, 2028 for $24.99 + $15.00 shipping, expecting it by Christmas. I have not received it, nor has TYCM responded to any of several emails I have sent. I believe this company is a scam!! Do not purchase anything from them! Kelly Perez is the name on the email address given for customer service. I have not received any response to my inquiries. If anyone has a different contact email please share.

Has anyone had any luck with these people? Is there anything we can do? They answered one of my emails saying it was shipping to allow 7-15 days. Now I can't even send an email. You'd think fb would make this right.

TCYM is a fraud. Having same troubles as rest. No definitive answer to my query about the bouncy horse.Will be contacting BBB. Have sent them multiple letters.

TYCM Horse Scooter RIP off!!!!

This company showed up on black Friday on Facebook selling horse scooters...bought 2...confirmed that my order recieved and my $$$ gone...not a word since...no response to emails...no tracking number... nothing!!! Facebook should hold their standards higher for advertisers!!! They don't care that companies steal from us...cause Facebook got paid...thanks for the Christmas rip off Mark!!!
