Review Time
I purchased one of these covers from pinauto and I was totally disapointed with the steering wheel cover it looks cheap and nasty. It is as if it is made from a push bike inner tube, it does not fit my steering wheel properly and it's terrible to hang onto. I approched pinauto requesting a refund due to the poor quality of the product. Pinauto offered me a 20% refund of the original purchase price which I told them was a joke. I will never deal with them again. I am making this comment to inform others of the poor quality of this steering wheel cover buyer beware.
Poor quality items. They do not stick what so ever. I emailed with regards to this and all I got back was send a photo. I explained I removed the item as it was peeling off. Customer service is shocking and unhelpful, why should I pay to send faulty items back abroad. AVOID AVOID. I can see why it has a poor review marking
Not even a one star. Terrible company - scam - items delivered late and terrible quality. I have tried numerous times to find the return address but they keep telling me I dealt with pin auto not pin auto uk - it’s all the same company!!!!! Emma is the contact - I’m taking this further with my bank and reporting them for fraud. DON’T BUY A THING FROM THEM.
AVOID!!I do not usually write reviews but this was the worse customer service I have experienced.I ordered two products - one was faulty and the other didn’t not arrive.The customer service team were very rude and unhelpful and refused for either product. Please avoid!!!
Felt like I had to leave a review after seeing so many bad ones.Ordered the little car brush just after Xmas and was thinking it was never going to turn up as people are saying pin auto are a scam site but low and behold a little package turned up today and to be honest the item is ok and has a little vauxhall badge on it.Thank you pin auto on the great comms as well 👍
In regards to a problem with the car phone holder I had only one problem. The car phone holder was coming apart. I gave this as a gift for Xmas, and very sad the recipient had so many problems. I emailed customer service in regards to this fault, and after 20 emails spanning over a month, they finally came back and said they could not help. Very infuriating. I give Pinauto a minus 1 review.
I placed an order before Xmas and it has not been delivered. I was told it had and was sent a link to an unrelated delivery by Evri. This was not the package. I have sent subsequently emailed and tried to make contact but all messaging has been ignored. They are taking people’s money but not delivering the goods. Clearly a scam organisation.
I want to return items but their website gives no information about how to do this or an address to return items to. I have emailed them several times and got no response. I did get a short reply on messenger but still no info about how to do a return.
