I felt at ease right away - the shop was clean, well organized, they knew all the issues and provided a reasonable quote. They have a nice fleet of used vans for sale and even gave me a loaner for a couple days. It's been several weeks since my service and my van runs amazing. I've recommended this shop to a few of my fellow Sprinter owners and hope to use them for future services.
Very responsive to my vehicle and getting the service done on time in a professional manner. The brake job and feedback was amazing. Furthermore, upon removing my tires and wheels, the mechanic found that the upgraded lug nuts were on long enough to be threaded in just over 3/8 of an inch. This was major safety find and I appreciate their attention to detail catching this issue.
We are the worst procrastinators and we needed an oil change and quick checkup before a road trip. We called on an afternoon, they picked up immediately, and they got us in the very next morning! We got in a 9am and out by 11:30am! Fast, way more affordable than Mercedes, and even got us quotes for some other parts and work we need done in the future. Totally recommend them for anyone with a Sprinter van! Glad someone put their card on my windshield at Costco :)
