These people are clueless idiots. I was told my necklace would take 12-18 days and now 44 days later I have no necklace but 3 emails a day asking me to review the product. Customer service is useless. Their forms are clumsy and useless “describe the product or include a picture” after I already named the order number. People like this have no business operating a retail shop. They fail every step of the way. I opened up a claim with my credit card since these buffoons can’t manage any part of this
Ordered a lariat necklace that stated lariat drop was 7 inches, it was only 2. Returned got a gift card. Thought it was just a fluke and reordered it and it wasn't on sale, I paid an extra 230.00. Recieved it and it was also 2 inches instead of stated 7 in description. Sent back asked for the 230.00 back in how I paid, cause I will not buy from them again. Thought ok a 300.00 lesson I'm out. Today they gave me a gift card again instead of my request for cash back to my account. They will not answer phone, I'm out 500 + dollars here.

I ordered a custom piece 11/15/25 for a Xmas gift. I never got a shipment notification. So I called them for a status update end of November. The lady (Rachel) answered told me it would be ready to be shipped by early December. I called back mid December for another status update, again because no shipping notification and Xmas is around the corner and it take 5-8 business days to ship The Rachel person answered and seemed confused that it still hadn't shipped nor where it was. So she will send an inquiry to call me back. Crickets. I called again the next day. This time to cancel the order and get a refund. Again she said she had to put an escalation Heard nothing back. I had to dispute the charges. Now 2 days before Xmas, they sent a shipment notification. I called again to let them know that I cancelled the order. Still no response. DO NOT order from these company. They are liars, they do not care about their customers...
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute joke. I placed an order, it said “shipped,” and then the package completely disappeared. No updates for weeks. When I contacted them after 20 business days, they kept brushing me off with empty promises to “call me back, which never happened.After me chasing THEM down for over a week, they finally admitted they wouldn’t send me a replacement because the package “might be dispatched somewhere in the world.” Really? They knew it wasn’t coming, I knew it wasn’t coming, and still they refused to do anything about it. Customer service is useless, unprofessional, and downright shady. I paid for something I never received and they took zero accountability.Save yourself the headache and your money. Stay FAR away from Adina’s Jewels. It’s a scam.
Ordered 3k worth of jewelry from a third party they partnered with. Received a fake UPS shipping label. No movement on the order after 3 weeks. Adina Eden is telling the vendor that they are “investing why there is no movement in the package.” Of course, I cannot speak to anyone from Adina directly about the issue because I didn’t buy directly from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Careful! Probably SCAMMERS! I don't advise you to contact them, take care of your nerves and time. I ordered earrings with expedited delivery (4-6 days delivery), they charged me for earrings and expedited delivery, but did not send them. I tried to contact them by phone, but every time the answering machine worked. I tried to write a message on the official website, but no answer. I wrote to all the emails and called all the phones. They replied to my message only a few days later and said that my product was marked as "fraudsters", so they decided not to send the goods and not to return the money. I also considered them scammers, since they withdrew the money, and the goods were not received by me within the specified period, they do not respond to my messages and do not give a tracking number. I paid by credit card, so today I will solve the issue of refunding funds through the bank. I have already warned all my acquaintances and friends about possible fraud on the part of this company, so continue to pass on the information to protect yourself and your loved ones. Thank you.
Cheap and overated! Even chinese jewellery have more quality than those cheap jewels that they are overrated and over priced! Don't waist your money and time! I bought 3 tennis rings and the stones fall from the 3 of them. I went to a locar jewel shop to place the stones back and they told me that these cheap rings have not enough metal to place the stones back properly and that they have to place them back with a glue!
First thing first, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They operate off of 2 URLS: adinajewels.com and adinaeden.com. The reason why we decided to purchase from Adina Eden is because my sister in law has purchased many items from them, so the level of trust was developed from her previous purchases.We purchased a custom initial necklace during one of their sales, and their website says 12-18 days minimum production. After one full month of no communication, I decided to follow up, and a whole situation ensued. In summary, the necklace was not completed in production, so their fulfillment doesn't have our necklace. We never received any communication about the necklace's delay unless we reached out. After several exchanges, still no necklace in hand, we decided to ask for a refund, and it was declined. They claim that it's a strict policy; However, we pushed back based on their lengthy delay, and the best they could do is $35. I'm glad that we didn't take the $35 credit because when the necklace was finally shipped and delivered (even though we no longer want it), it was not only far from the item's description and image, it looks so cheap to the point that it's insulting.Since they poorly handled the situation, we ultimately decided to file a dispute claim on our credit card. Even though they are not in the right, they are fighting back, and we're still in the midst of fighting this claim. I hope any interested buyers read this first so that you can stay VERY FAR AWAY FROM ADINA EDEN.
