Took my order and payment and never delivered nor refunded. Got messed around and after 4 weeks they decided to call and explain they were out of stock of shirts blaming some technical glitch on their server. Lost over $1000 to these scammers ! I begged them for a month for my refund but never got it. Had to pay my sports club back this money and we went on tour without our tshirts .
UDFYN - a supposed Australian Company, yes they are probably owned by Aussies, but they purchase their products from O/S, it has taken them 4 long months to be able to fulfil our order and then after the shipments, the order in bits and pieces, advised that they cant fulfil the entire order and will issue a refund. Why did they take the order if they cant procure the goods & the refund has never been seen & in fact the company just ghosted us from then on in... Dont waste your hard earned money dealing with this SCAM company, I would suggest you use Total Workwear or other smaller printing places that you can visit in person.
If I could give zero rating, I would. I'm unfortunately one of the customers that have been scammed, $215 gone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Poor communication and customer service, from both emails and live chats.Sponsors or companies that are listed on the website, are fake. Good fake bait advertisement. Do not waste your money and time, you will not received your item. Ordered 5 tops from 30/10/2024 - received one top over two weeks later, four other items never received and no updates.
I'm extremely satisfied with the T-shirt printing services I received! The quality of the prints is excellent, the colors are vibrant, and the shirts are super comfortable. The team was also very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!Paramount professional cleaning.
Ordered hi-vis polos for our KG High Pressure Cleaning business with prints on the front and back. Udfyn provided a free mock-up and improved our design for just $15 to ensure top quality. Really appreciated their attention to detail before production. Received the products on time and am very happy with the quality!
BEWARE!I cannot speak more unfavourably about UDFYN. Appalling product. Appalling customer service. Appalling efficiency. My experience with this incompetent 'business' was shocking from start to finish, the whole 4 months, after ordering 1 shirt to sample their product. Thankfully I only ordered 1! Took almost 2 months to get one shirt, quality of the fabric was awful and the artwork on the front was so uneven it was unwearable - unfortunately I cannot post a picture for potential buyers to view what they will be paying for. After several attempts to speak to 'customer support' a full refund was authorised and assured it would be processed with 1 week - that was 3 weeks ago! My attempts to contact UDFYN via phone, email and online chat to follow up on my refund have all failed. No-one answers the phone, replies to emails or connects online chat - what a surprise! Have reported UDFYN to Fair Trading and bank charge back - I strongly suggest anyone who has had a similar experience to do so aswell.
