I recently reached out to Udfyn as our uniforms needed a refresh. Their shirts are excellent, fit really well and have moisture wicking fibres which for us was really important. The whole process from intro to delivery was seemless. I reached out to their staff, discussed what I needed and the design that I liked and sent them the artwork. They even helped convert my basic attempt at a logo into a proper format, so when we order our next products, we have the right file format. From production to arrival was about a week and I couldn't be happier with the service and the end result. I've included a photo in my google review for reference if you're reading this and want to see the end result. Ive already reccomended them to some friends and will continue to recommend them. Excellent experience.
Wish I saw review. Looks like everyone having same problems. No mock-ups. Does not answer phones. Stop replying on chats. Still no mockup and no shirts. Waiting over 2 weeks. They say 4 buisness hours for mock-ups to be sent......Stay clear!!!
Paid for a full company set of branded workwear. Told logo incompatible charged to change week later. Problems with production but processing that week. Week later nothing no reply no answers. Phone unreachable chat no longer reply’s and same with the emails. Stay well clear of this company. Ridiculous.Down over $1k. Wish I seen these reviews before ordering!!
The artwork and the embroidery are two different colours. They are not professionals. Difficult to communicate. They don't have an accessible email.They try to scam you at first thereafter they will ask you to pay for express post and hold on to your order. I'm not happy at all .

this may be a lot to take in everyonethis started when my partner attempted to buy work wear which didn't show up so i investigated The ABN that was supplied on the invoice for purchase from UDFYN. come back as, A.A CLARKE & B.T CLARKE with connections to lightning promotions which has the same address that UDFYN is currently supposed to be conducting business at, which is, 23 Nicholas Dr Dandenong South, Victoriawhich UDFYN is not registered as one of their entities on the Australian business register and doesn't have its own ABN.How ever PSA Print Supplies Australia was registered under their ABN and is located at 172 Evans Road Salisbury Qld 4107 which is in another state and 100% a scam front The connection between these companies is the address and this number 03 97682332 which only displays in the 24hr turn around section on the UDFYN website. IT WILL BE DELETED WHEN THEY SEE THIS they more than likely overlooked that detail when reconstructing the site from lightning promotions. Other numbers on the site swap and change daily if not hourly.these numbers have shown up in the (our details) section on the UDFYN Site(03) 9069 5009,(03) 9069 4194 (03) 9069 4772(03) 9111 7163THE NUMBER SHOULD NOT BE CHANGING IN THAT LOCATION ON THE SITE. IT SHOULD BE THEIR MAIN CONTACT NUMBERHOWEVER IF THEY CALL, IT COULD BE FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS BECAUSE THEY ARE USING A VOIP SERVICE TO REACH OUT TO CUSTOMERSthings i also found weird were the bank details on the invoice the were for bradalson pty ltd with a NAB account for payment with BSB 083004 ACC 906163906. which is a different entity again and is part of their merchant scamAnd the google search for A.A Clarke sent me to dun and bradstreet which are debt collectors and shows the principle as ALTHEA CLARKE that info matches the ABN register, who is connected to lightning promotions and the address list above ALTHEA CLARKE is a T.V personality from Washington DC so she more than likely has been part of a identity theft.37 reviews shows this is a scam I AGREE, so PSA Print Supplies Australia listed above is more than likely a scam stay away people.
Make sure you order from the .com.au company they are in Sydney. I contacted them to voice my concerns about the reviews and notice all the bad ones are from the .com site. I told them if there was a Pay Pal option I wouldn't be concerned so they are emailing a Pay Pal link in the morning. Simple guys do your research
