The UFB Direct gives excellent interest rate on savings that maybe needed later on.Instead of the traditional savings account this is a no-brainer and the tools online to assist you is top notch.While CD / Stock / Funds have been my normal savings this is now a very good alternative right now.We did purchase a car and could pay it off the savings account easily through the APP - amazing.Thanks for providing excellent service !Karl

Interest Rate

Website is easy to use. I gave it 4 stars because the interest rate is at 4.21% and has been there for months. One of my other accounts is 5.25%. I may have to move my money.

Happy that I am investing/saving with UFB

I have been a UFB customer for about a year. Like all new experiences it takes a while to get used to. My experience has only been positive. When I have a question, I submit it online and get a reply anywhere from 30 mins to a few hours. The longest I waited for a response was a full day. I log into my account about every two weeks and have never had any surprises. I would recommend UFB to friends and family.

I like UFB but they will decrease your…

I like UFB but they will decrease your interest rate without notification. I went from 5% to 4.5% when they are paying 5.25% to new accounts. As soon as I called, they bumped me up to 5.25%
