Overall fantastic experience. I missed my cozy footwear from my time abroad, so I decided to get a pair for my brother for the holidays. The delivery to my location was incredibly quick, taking about three weeks, which amazed me and prompted me to order another pair for myself. Truly excellent service, highly recommend.

Avoid this seller. I ordered several items for holiday gifts, and they are currently being held at the post office for an additional fee. This is on top of what I already paid for the items and shipping. Absolutely unacceptable service, and I still don't have my package. AVOID at all costs.
Extremely poor customer service. They do not answer calls; an automated message just redirects you to the website. Emails go unanswered, and the advertised chat function is nonexistent. I ordered two pairs of boots (one for my daughter's birthday this Sunday). Payment was taken weeks ago, and I received a notice from the postal service to pay a customs fee. I've paid it, but now they can't find my parcel without a tracking number, which I never received.
