Boots arrived with a split seam and a hole. I've been trying to reach customer support through emails and photos, but after posting a negative comment on social media, they finally responded asking for pictures, which I had already sent. Now, I'm not getting any replies again. I've seen similar complaints from others, indicating a systemic issue with customer support. I recommend looking elsewhere!
My experience with this seller has been very disappointing. I've reached out multiple times via email and phone, but received no response. Noticing that my order had not shipped and reading similar complaints from others, I became concerned it might be a scam, so I requested to cancel my order. Despite my payment being processed, they have ignored my cancellation request. The lack of communication from a business that processes payments but doesn’t respond to customers is alarming. If I don’t hear back soon, I will have to report this to the appropriate authorities.
Ordered a pair of Ugg boots about 1 week ago. I received a confirmation email of order which they said I could track through Shop app. I have done this and all it says is on it's way by express shipping. I was told in email I would get confirmation of tracking details once dispatched but this has never happened. I have contacted them via website and by email 6 times but no reply has been received. On a Scam adviser site, it states that they are using an internal review system which would explain the positive reviews on Trustpilot. I am now beginning to believe the negative reviews. I have now escalated my concerns to PayPal as I doubt I'll ever receive the Ugg boots given no response to my queries.1st December update: since posting this review today, I miraculously got a shipping update with tracking details. Will also see if these are actually genuine Ugg boots. From a communication perspective, this company does not get back to you despite them suggesting you contact them if need to get in touch.
Order a pair of Uggs, was very impressed how quickly they arrived from Australia to the UK however they arrived defective. The metal tag was bent and when they asked for a photo, it snapped entirely. I sent the photo but they asked for further photos at multiple angles. This wasn’t needed as you could clearly see the defect in the original photo. Never less I sent one more. Despite asking for return postage label and refund, neither have materialised and I’m grateful I paid by PayPal as I’ve resorted to opening a case with them. Additionally, I didn’t realise these were fake uggs until I read the review on here. There not the original Australian Ugg (1974) but an American brand. This is illegal misrepresentation.
