Had a fantastic experience at Aariya Diamonds. I was served by Jas, who was polite, knowledgeable, and made the whole process enjoyable and easy. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me find exactly what I wanted. When I next need jewellery, I will 100% be returning and giving my business to her. Highly recommended!
We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Aman and Jass . We purchased both our engagement ring and wedding band from him, and he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, transparency, and prompt communication throughout.
His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in the final pieces. The pricing was competitive, and the overall value exceeded our expectations. Based on our positive experience,
We highly recommend Aman for anyone seeking high-quality jewelry and trustworthy service.Jag
I recently collected two bespoke jewellery pieces from Aariya and I couldn’t be happier with them. The quality and craftsmanship are absolutely beautiful — you can really see the care and attention to detail in every part of the design.
What I appreciated most was how closely they worked with me throughout the whole process. We went back and forth over emails and phone calls to make sure every detail was just right, and I always felt listened to. They genuinely care about bringing your vision to life.
This isn’t my first purchase from Aariya, and it definitely won’t be my last. I can honestly say I’m a very loyal and happy customer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for something special and personal.
This jeweller is utterly unprofessional, possesses absolutely no integrity whatsoever, and the entire handling of the matter has left me deeply disappointed, heartbroken, and furious!
I took two gold rings to this shop for resizing (enlarging both by three sizes to V): one weighing 9g (with a small jade stone), which is a precious heirloom left by my father, full of family memories; the other weighing 8g, my own **pure gold wedding ring** – total weight 17g. My intention was simple and heartfelt: I wanted to use the gold from my wedding ring to enlarge my father’s heirloom, so that this meaningful piece could be passed down through generations to my children and grandchildren, preserving our family’s emotions and legacy.
However, when I collected the rings, I was given back only ONE ring – my father’s heirloom was still there, but **my pure gold wedding ring had completely vanished**! The shop claimed, “This ring has been fully used up and incorporated into your father’s heirloom.” This is clearly not true, because I weighed the remaining ring immediately: still exactly – not a single gram more! Resizing by three sizes normally requires adding extra gold, so the weight should have increased. Handing in two rings and receiving only one with no change in total weight is completely inexplicable and unacceptable.
Even more outrageous is the total lack of transparency throughout the process: **no documentation whatsoever** – no receipt, no invoice, no pre- or post-work weight records, no written explanation of what was supposedly done – absolutely nothing! In the end, they charged me **no fee at all**. They refused to accept any payment. This only proves they know full well they have done something wrong and feel guilty about it.
When I pressed for answers, the manager offered various excuses to cover up this unprofessional conduct, such as claiming “your wedding ring was not pure gold” (a clear attempt to discredit me) and openly admitting they do **not have professional tools or instruments** to carry out any accurate work (e.g., testing gold purity, precise weighing, or properly melting and reusing gold). These excuses and self-incriminating admissions only confirm that they are simply not qualified to handle valuable jewellery, and the process was extremely careless and irresponsible.
To give them every possible chance to explain, I specifically requested the craftsman or person who worked on the ring to personally clarify: why did my wedding ring disappear? Why did the weight remain unchanged? I deliberately tried to offer them a fair opportunity to provide an explanation and restore some trust. Unfortunately, even then, no satisfactory or professional response was forthcoming. They failed to provide even the most basic explanation, which further proves the complete lack of professionalism and integrity at this shop.
It is deeply regrettable that a jewellery business would apparently rely on non-professional staff to handle such precious and emotionally significant items, resulting in the permanent loss of my wedding ring and the destruction of my family’s plan. A legitimate jewellery shop should have professional expertise, basic honesty, proper record-keeping, and – when issues arise – a genuine willingness to take responsibility and explain. This place has none of these essential qualities.
I strongly urge every consumer: DO NOT go anywhere near this shop! Do not entrust your wedding rings, family heirlooms, or any jewellery with sentimental value to them under any circumstances! To protect your possessions, precious memories, and emotions, please only choose reputable brands such as other well-established chains that have professional instruments, proper documentation, and genuine accountability.
I have already consulted local government departments for advice and hope for a prompt response. I will continue to follow up with relevant authorities, including Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

Amazing! Aman was so helpful when my partner and I went engagement ring shopping - he knew our vision and helped us create the most gorgeous ring. I am in complete awe and am so exciting to wear and show it off. Can’t thank you guys enough, would defo recommend!
Bought a diamond ring a few years ago. Recently had it revalued for insurance purposes and basically the diamond certificate is misleading , not well trusted in the industry and doesn't add up. The carat stated isn't the carat the ring actually is. We were basically ripped off. Iv reached out for Aman to buy back the ring and he isn’t interested. I will be taking this further but I would avoid.
Roma and Uman went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the design . Their caring and personal service is second to none and I know they just wanted me to be happy with my bangle. I am thrilled!.The bespoke diamond bangle is beautiful, stunning in fact, and I was lucky not to have an accident on the drive home as I kept gazing at it.
