Be aware. This site will charge you a restocking fee per item ordered - not per order as it appears to read in their returns policy. These sizes run small, I am always a 37 and couldn't fit any of the footwear ordered. Lastly this is the american UGG company, not the original australian Ugg (1974) brand. Not a good company to deal with, I will not buy from them again.
Website was easy to use and had additional promo advertised visibly so I got a further 10% off my purchase - which was already on sale. Shipping was fast - ordered 27/05 and received them on 03/06. Was so excited to get them. They're wonderful and warm and exceed all of my expectations. I am incredibly happy with my purchase and overall experience = )
Great website, customer service etc., but the actual product was poor. The difference in material in left and right boot was significant. Unfortunately I just unwrapped and threw in closet. Only tried them both on days later, so can't get a refund as no packaging. Try both on when they arrive.
