I recently purchased the Centauri Carbon 2 and have been really impressed with the printer, especially as it performs as well or better than some costing 3 times as much. I had a few small issues with it (as can be expected) and found the customer service very responsive. I would highly recommend their products and will buy again soon.
I'm extremely frustrated that it won't power on, especially today. There's been no support and no effort from the team. I will be returning this 3D printer for a refund. Very disappointing experience. One very let down child because items weren't properly checked before being sent out.
I have only received one out of three parcels. The response from the support team has been unhelpful, suggesting I should locate them myself! They cannot provide proof of delivery, despite my surveillance showing nothing arrived that day. I haven’t opened the delivered item as I plan to return it if the other parcels don’t show up. Very poor customer service so far; I hope it gets better soon.

I enjoyed the purchasing experience, but I wish the deals were available on other sales platforms as well. The Black Friday deal was fantastic, yet the price on their platform was £70 higher for the same item. I love the printer and will recommend it, especially for single color printing.
The ordering process was straightforward and I had a clear idea of what I wanted from the website. HOWEVER, the delivery was problematic, arriving over 24 hours late due to the delivery service's failure to keep customers informed.
I really like the products I've recently bought, including a large wash and cure unit. The postage for these items was reasonable, but charging £11 for postage on a £16 item seems excessive. I regularly ship items and know that a tracked service for similar weight costs much less.
