My dress was the highlight of our special day. Beautifly designed and very robust. A lot of guests accidentally stepped on the dress and the dress survived. I felt comfortable all day, I thought I may become a little too warm throughout the day but I didn't it was perfect. Everyone was very complimentary and made me feel very special. I thank the designer of this dress for making my day extra special and making me look beautiful
IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I WOULDTrust me do not order from this website. The dress arrived in 10 days. I was happy at first. When I opened the package I was furious even before trying it on. I paid extra for custom size and I did the exact measurements they wanted me to do in their website. I’m already short and the dress came short imagine. The dress was supposed to have silver stones they literally attempted to sow in fabric that looks like an arts and crafts project. The dress was supposed to have folds on the stomach and chest. The chest has no folds and the folds on the stomach are floppy. Fabric feels cheap. I paid 155 for this dress. Complete waste of money. I’m still trying to get my full refund. They even admitted they are at fault and want to just refund me 30 percent of what I paid. That’s 30 pounds. What should I do with 30 pounds. They take forever to answer it’s been 6 days since my dress arrived and they literally reply to my emails at 3-6 am in the morning. There isn’t a phone number to call. I wish I listened to the reviews and didn’t order. DO NOT RISK IT.
I ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom and it came exactly as advertised, the quality of the material is perfect and the sizing is true as described. My daughter absolutely loved her dress and had a great time 100% recommend not to mention it is extremely affordable as well.
I ordered a few dresses to try on and return a few for prom. They then stated I cannot do this. I understood why so agreed to get one dress on that same day I asked when the dress would arrive. This was a few days from when I placed my order, so I didn’t know if it would arrive in time for prom. The lady said that it would not be possible for it to arrive for prom so I said to cancel my order. She said they had already started making it and I cannot cancel my order. And then, when I told her all of above, she said the dress has already been made and shipped. We cannot take it back now. I’ve asked to return it and get a full refund as I have no purpose for the dress, but the people have not been helpful at all and have now taken my money
