DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

DO NOT BUY FROM HEREI ordered my wedding dress from here and my largest measurement made me out to be a size 22 (I’m a uk high street size 12) so had emailed prior to see if I can order size 22 and be guaranteed (if I were able to pay for shipping) that I could return the item and order a custom size which was agreed. Once it came, the quality was absolutely awful, my dress had a slit in it and the fabric is pinched and did not look anything like the photo. I then proceeded to email and say I needed to return as the quality is terrible and I’m unable to return!! The email as soon as I stated I wanted to return was plain rude!

This company do not do refund’s unless shipping costs are paid approx £50 The sizes and quality of the dresses are terrible and look cheap Do not use as their customer care response is zero and emails are not answered
