Do not buy from this company, I read the bad reviews but thought what can go wrong it’s only a pair of shoes, how wrong was I, the order was a few weeks before it arrived as they are not UK based like they want you to think, I opened my package and they had sent the wrong size to what I’d ordered so I emailed them their response was that I would have to pay the shipping when it wasn’t my fault so I disputed that, they offered for me to keep the shoes and get a partial refund so I reluctantly agreed to that as I thought I might be able to sell the shoes and it was proving to be a chew on to send them back so after various emails they said they would give me the refund, that was three weeks ago and I’m still waiting, I’ve sent them three more emails but no response whatsoever. Terrible terrible customer service
Not a good company.Ordered dress- when it arrived the the sizing was way off. I ordered 16/18 it was more like 12/14. Wanted to return it but it has to be sent to China at your cost or if I keep it they will give me 10% of the purchase price- outrageous. No mention of any of this when you order and you have to contact them for a return address so BEWARE
Do not buy from this company. It poses as a UK company but it is not. The quality and make up of the dress I ordered is very poor, material is cheap and sizing is all wrong. On trying to return it I became aware they only operate from China so you have to return to China and pay the postage which isn’t viable and also very eco unfriendly. Avoid!
Looked at various websites for a prom dress for my daughter and ordered through Millybridal. Dress arrived really quickly and was beautifully made. Great quality and reasonably priced. We had to have some slight alterations to the dress but my daughter is very petite and I was expecting that. Would definitely recommend!
Absolutely avoid , I wouldn't give 1 star it would be a minus , make out custom made to avoid giving a refund , dress arrives material different and doesn't fit and then refuse refund absolute con , they are not custom made and come from china ,,!
When I was looking for a dress to wear to my prom, I was skeptical about ordering online, however Millybridal has been amazing to order from. My dress arrived with lots of time to spare to get it altered, the quality was amazing, the overall look of the dress was beautiful and got me so many compliments. The staff were very communicative and helpful and if I ever need a dress for any occasion I would not hesitate to order from here again.
