This joe's new balance outlet is a joke , my package got lost or missing. An no they have done nothing,but feel sorry they say on an email. I no refund,no we'll send you other pairs. No nothing. 👎, I should of saved my money. An not got anything with them, I just seen it on Freebie guy. I though it was a good deal.
My experience has been very frustrating. I received the incorrect pair of shoes, and the company has entirely shirked their responsibility. I submitted the requested photos several times as evidence, but they continuously assert they haven't received anything. This seems untrustworthy and feels like a way to evade addressing the problem. No genuine solution has been provided. The representative showed no willingness to assist and kept giving the same scripted reply repeatedly. I cannot recommend this company.
Terrible experience with the service. My order has been pending for 5 full days. When I inquired about canceling my order to make a new purchase, I was told NO. They want me to buy another item, but will charge me for the return. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and they consistently impress me. Even the premium domestic shoes occasionally make an appearance. The customer support is outstanding. I can't comprehend the negative feedback. I encountered a pricing issue today that confused me, but it was resolved satisfactorily. This is the best place to buy shoes and accessories. I recently purchased an amazing pair of event-branded shoes at a fantastic price.

If they are going to charge for return shipping, they should allow cancellations for orders that haven't shipped yet. This will be my last purchase from this platform. Better prices and customer service can be found elsewhere, along with a more flexible return policy.

I will NEVER shop here again! The colors shown on the website are misleading, and when I tried to return the items, I was told I had to pay for my own shipping label. $30 for shipping? Absolutely not! If you need to return items, I recommend looking elsewhere.
I ordered my shoes online on November 15th. Four days later, I received an email about a sale; the same shoes were discounted. After speaking to a representative, I was told I would need to return the shoes, which I just received, and then re-purchase them at the sale price. Why should I pay to return shoes only to buy them again at a lower price?
I've been shopping online for a long time, and overall, I've appreciated their prices and shipping. Some question the availability, but I don't. It's an outlet for discontinued items, so it won't have every size or quantity. If you check in before you need something, you'll enjoy the experience and savings that I've benefited from for years.
