I gave it 4stars because the customer service was great, the dress was great but it was abit weirdly sewn on 1 part and it had a REALLY REALLY SMALL stain on the inside so it wasn't visible but still... Otherwise the dress was just like the picture i have no complaint about it, i did alter it because it was for a wedding
Currently have a dispute open as wrong items delivered, refunded refused and blocked from contacting them. I have been notified by my bank today they have tried to take a second payment out of my PayPal account. Please stay away from this company!!
Return refused and return policy means nothing as this company will do everything to avoid refunding. Standard size dress ordered but they say all are custom made despite this. The dress does not suit the recipient and as there is no way to try a dress before purchase this should be reason enough for return. They deliberately avoid reading emails properly and respond with their own agenda asking for photos of the recipient in the dress. Their opinion is irrelevant if the dress does not suit. I will take this matter up with the payment method and card company as I am disgusted with the lack of honour shown by this firm. Packaging for a prom dress was plastic bags only which indicates a lack of pride in their product and poor company ethics. Disgraceful way to do business!
I ordered a dress for my daughter’s prom. She looked beautiful , got so many compliments about her dress. I chose to pay slightly extra to have the dress made to my daughter’s specific measurements as she’s really tall and Milly Bridal produced exactly what we ordered.Straight forward simple process and no stress.Can absolutely recommend.
My daughter found her prom dress on Milly Bridal. The whole ordering process was very thorough, right down to receiving an email from them checking the measurements. I did panic at first as didn’t think it would arrive in time, however I was reassured by them that it would arrive in time to which it did, in plenty of time. The quality of the garment is second to none and we are really pleased with it. My daughter looked stunning at her prom. Thank you so much Milly Bridal.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I concur with all the bad comments on here. Wish I’d seen this first. Ordered a dress for my daughters prom. Clicked on champagne colour. When it eventually arrived it is silver (REALLY SILVER) you have to submit a ticket (whatever that’s supposed to mean) to do a return. I did it twice and no replies. Emailed customer services who were less than helpful, just kept asking for photos. Only to be told they don’t accept returns. Left with a £100 dress that’s not what we ordered. With so many bad reviews on here I’m guessing most of the good ones are made up. Steer clear they’re scammers!
