My daughter wanted a dress 👗 for her prom, there were other sites we could have chose from but due to arrival time and price we went with this site. Communication was very good and clear. If they were running a bit late they would have contacted you. Price was good. Only negative would be had to make slight adjustments. But overall five 🌟
Wish I could leave no stars. Terrible experience. My daughters prom dress arrived in a completely different colour. Not just slightly different…. a completely different colour than ordered. It now doesn’t match the accessories my daughter brought. It is also huge for a size 8 dress and has many loose stitches and even a little hole along the stitching. The shop is refusing to refund this item saying it’s custom ( it wasn’t) and ignoring altogether the colour. Do not order from them seems to be luck of the draw wether what you receive is even usable. An then customer service will refuse to take any responsibility.
I've read loads of bad reviews about this company ...however my experience has been brilliant. I ordered my daughters prom dress despite the above and it has exceeded my expectations. I originally ordered blue as this was what my daughter wanted, however once I told her i had ordered it she had then changed her mind and wanted black!I sent off a couple of support tickets asking them to change the order and despite there being no reply it came today which was two weeks before it was expected and it was black just as my daughter wanted. Fits my daughter perfectly. Will definitely be using them again.
