Awful customer service! If I could of gave them 0 stars I would!My daughter ordered 3 evening dresses, she wanted 3 different styles as she had a few functions to go to.They emailed to ask why we had ordered 3 so we told them. They then emailed back saying the dresses were non returnable UNLESS they were too small/big or faulty.The dresses came and 2 out of the 3 were too small so I started the return process! The customer service is received was shocking to say the least!They said it was impossible for the dresses to be small as thet were hand made and asked me to send photos.I send the photos in as the dresses were measuring 2 inches smaller than stated! They emailed back and said they do not accept returns so we haven't been able to send the unwearable dresses back, leaving us £209 out of pocket!AVOID AVOUD AVOIDThet will tell you anything until they get your money and tgen are unwilling to help you when there garments are not wearable.I'm currently in the process of taking this further and contacting trading standards and BBC Watchdog as their online shop needs to be closed down.There dresses are beautiful BUT their customer service and unwillingness to help or come to an arrangement means I will not be buying from there EVER again and will make sure I spread tge word so that no one else gets robbed like I did!
Wasn’t an option to leave 0 stars! This is not a UK company. The dress ordered does not fit, they refuse to do a return, often referring to their returns policy that can not be accessed due to a server error!! (Convenient!). The dress is a standard size, not bespoke made and looked nothing like the photos on the website either! Customer service is shocking! Would not recommend this company at all, I am taking this to trading standards!
My daughter’s dress arrived in a few weeks and she liked it and looked beautiful. I would say though that I paid extra for secure/faster delivery and the parcel was just left on the doorstep without theneed for a signature which was annoying. Overall though the quality was good and the pictures came out lovely. One thing for the company to think about is more pictures of the dresses in different colours not just a front picture.
Wish I could give zero stars, their sizes to colours are totally wrong. After many emails back and forth, the company agreed to refund 80% if I return the wring items which I did (postage to China at my cost) and they still have not refunded the amount. they blame that PayPal is holding the funds (Millybridal collects payment via PayPal) but will not show any proof to confirm the amount they have released. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THEIVES !!
The company responded as fast as they could when I got in touch with them, and the dress arrived in great conditions. It fits so perfectly and it is exactly how it looks, It isn’t a cheap material and has been made with delicacy. the sequins are sturdy and not falling off. I very highly appreciate this
My daughter made the mistake from ordering from this site and the dress arrived from china , is wrong size and colour is way off.So I have worked in e-commerce for over 12 years building sites for very big companies so I am fully aware of laws etc and this site does not comply with UK distance selling laws.I have messaged them for a refund but I don’t expect to get anywhere so will be taking this further
