I am very disappointed with the customer service. I receive numerous emails throughout the day, yet when it comes to actually assisting customers, they fall short. They easily take people's money, charge excessively for shipping, and provide misleading delivery estimates. My order has been stuck for nearly two weeks, and to make matters worse, the responses I’ve received have been quite rude and condescending. During the holiday season, companies should prioritize honesty and respect for their customers instead of taking advantage of them. I will not be ordering from this service again.
