Scammers!
Thought I was ordering from German company. They are Chinese.
I take a standard large size jacket, which was the size I ordered. When it eventually arrived it would only fit a child. Colours nothing like that shown on their site.
You have to send returns to China at your cost. Not heard anything from them for a month. Don’t expect I will.
Thieves and robbers. AVOID!
The product is a low-quality version of what was displayed. While the support team did respond to my inquiry, returning the item to its origin would cost £28, and the item itself was £40. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand; I would have recognized it as an overseas scam and saved my money.
I placed my order first and then saw some reviews, which made me consider canceling. However, I decided to let it go through. I ordered on December 12th and received daily tracking updates. The package arrived today, December 21st, which was faster than I expected. I ordered two jackets, one in XL and the other in XXL, and both fit perfectly and were of excellent quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely buy again.
Beware of this dishonest company. I ordered a £69 XL jacket but received a small to medium size instead. It was shipped from overseas, and they refused to provide the correct size unless I returned the wrong one at my expense - they have no return policy. This is a clear violation of Sale of Goods regulations. I've reported the issue to the payment platform regarding this fraudulent seller.
Like many others, I regret not reading the reviews beforehand. I thought I was purchasing from a reputable company, but I was wrong. I ordered a grey/blue sweatshirt, but received a peacock blue one that looked nothing like what I ordered. It took over four weeks to arrive from overseas, and it was clearly cheap quality. I guess I’ll just accept my loss of £35, as getting a refund seems nearly impossible. This company should not be operating. Absolutely appalling.
Not worth even one star. Clearly a scam operation. I placed an order and cancelled it within 2 hours, which I am entitled to do according to the terms. They ignored my cancellation and sent the item anyway. It took a month to arrive. They continue to ignore my requests for a return and refund. The quality of the item is also very poor. Avoid at all costs.
If I could rate zero stars, that’s what they would deserve. I read reviews, but unfortunately, they were on a website clearly written by them. They disguise themselves as a German company while actually operating from overseas. The quality of their goods is subpar at exorbitant prices. Returns are the customer’s responsibility. I was offered a 20% discount, but I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
I should have read the reviews before ordering. The coat arrived 3-4 weeks later, shipped from overseas. Their website does not mention this at all. When it arrived, the package was damaged, and the coat was of very poor quality with threads hanging and a cheap lining. It didn't fit well and was unwearable. To make matters worse, the 14-day refund policy requires returning it at my expense, and it could take over three weeks to reach them. Avoid this company at all costs; they are a scam and the product looks nothing like advertised.
Subpar product and service. You cannot return items from Europe as they require you to send them back to an overseas address at your own expense! This company is truly dishonest. Do not order anything here; the product is poor quality when it finally arrives!
