Booking with ukcaravans4hire was very easy. Very responsive customer service that dealt promptly with a question regarding a booking. The caravans and owners are verified so one can book with confidence. Our caravan was exactly as described on the website. We have booked a caravan a number of times now with ukcaravans4hire and had no issues at all.
To go on holiday and find you're accomadation a complete dirty mess is very dissappointing, after complaining and for ulcaravans4hire to say "take it up with the owner" is a complete joke, they say they have no control over this and TRUST the owners to clean their own caravans and look after customers, won't be using ukcaravans4hire again, no mention of compensation either even although they get a commision from this. bad service, poor company, don't get involved.
I've read the reviews and I think the experience depends on the individual caravan owners. We booked a caravan at Craig Tara (owned by Rona Mitchell) and it was lovely. Rona replied to our booking request within a few hours and even gave me a phonecall to explain everything. Accomodation itself was lovely and the refundable deposit was received 7 days after our checkout. The booking site is easy to use and my experience has been lovely, but like I've said, read the reviews and judge by individual sites/ owners.
