Travel to collect from airport was not provided even though it was included. You will have to chase and remind an agent for your travel needs! Might aswell arrange this myself.
Was promised 5* hotels, was given 1*hotel. When complained, they wanted further payments for upgrades!

Alhamdulillah, we booked our Umrah through Haq Travels and had a positive experience overall. They arranged everything for us, including tickets, visas, hotel bookings, and all the necessary documentation, which made the process much easier.While the communication of certain details could have been clearer, we were able to obtain the necessary information. There was a dedicated WhatsApp number for queries, so any questions or concerns we had were dealt with, though a more timely response would have been preferable.Brother Thasawar was professional throughout and ensured we were kept informed at each stage. This was especially helpful for first-time travellers or those who haven’t performed Umrah in many years, as it provided peace of mind knowing things were being handled properly.We especially appreciated the effort made at the last minute, as the team went above and beyond to sort things out for us and worked hard to secure the best possible arrangements. Thanks to this, we were able to focus on our ibadah rather than worrying about logistics.May Allah accept our Umrah and reward those involved for their efforts. We would recommend Haq Travels to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive Umrah service.
Alhamdulillah, I booked my Umrah with Haq Travels and our agent was Brother Thasawar. From the very beginning until we returned home, the service we received was excellent. He was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and explained everything clearly so we felt confident and prepared.The whole journey was very well organised and smooth. All arrangements including flights, accommodation, transport and guidance were handled professionally. We never felt stressed or confused because Brother Thasawar made sure we understood every step from A to Z.What stood out the most was his patience, kindness and dedication. He genuinely cared that our experience went well and was always quick to respond whenever we needed help. Travelling for Umrah can feel overwhelming, especially with so many details to manage, but he made the entire process easy and comfortable for us.Alhamdulillah, we were able to focus on our ibadah without worrying about arrangements. May Allah reward him for his hard work and accept our Umrah. I would highly recommend Haq Travels and especially Brother Thasawar to anyone planning their journey.
!!! Worst Experience – Do Not Use HAQ Travel !!!This was my first Umrah and my first time traveling outside the country. HAQ Travel gave no help after we reached Saudi Arabia. transport was included in the package but when we reached there agent do not help us and contact us, the hotel was also (( 5 km ))away, and transport was not properly provided.Umrah should be a peaceful experience, but this package ruined the whole journey.!!! Message to the owner: You send people to a very holy place, so you should be honest and responsible. Not giving the promised services is very ! wrong ! and unacceptable.My honest recommendation: PLEASE DO NOT USE HAQ TRAVEL.
This was my first time going for Umrah in my life, and unfortunately my experience with Haq Travels was very poor. The things they mentioned at the beginning were completely different from what I faced after reaching Saudi Arabia.The hotels were very far (around 10–12 km). They told us that the hotels would have a shuttle bus service, but in reality only the Makkah hotel had a bus service, and that too only early in the morning. After that, there was no bus service available.In Madinah, there was no transport or bus service at all to go to the Haram. Every day I had to take a cab or Uber to go to the Haram and return to the hotel, which was very inconvenient and expensive.They were helpful only while I was in the UK, but after arriving in Saudi Arabia there was no proper support. Overall, it was a very disappointing and worst experience I had with Haq Travels
