The technician mucked me around. But they were reasonable about it in the end.

The technician they set me up with mucked me around and bs’d me about he’d be late, then later, when it got to 4:30 I got a call to say he’d broken down, much much further than 30 mins from my house, a somewhat dubious claim. This meant that after taking a day off from work to get this sorted, I had to take another day off the following day to drive to the business’s unit over an hour away from my house. This sucked. I wish I’d just paid the extra money and gone with autoglass, they’re much, much more reliable.Update: UKGC got in contact with me to discuss the situation in an understanding and reasonable fashion and gave me a small but generous (around 20% of the cost of the job) offer of compensation as a gesture of goodwill which was much appreciated. Fair play.

It was my first time trying to get a Windscreen replacement, cost was the best around, very quick to check stock / tech availability, Very pleasant man came and was done within 45minutes. Very happy and would highly recommend
