When car windscreen began to leak, UK Glass responded promptly and effectively, explaining my options. I would have given 5 stars, but for the fact that a requested date was then moved, as was the timing on the then agreed date, but as the work was being carried out by one of their partners, this was possibly out of UK Glass’s control, and they did keep me up to date with the situation in a timely manner. Although it hasn’t yet rained to check the repair, it has hopefully been a good job at a fair price.
Super quick service and a top technician who was efficient and professional.Cannot give 5 stars as the messaging service is poor to say the least. Failed to pick up a message giving new location of my vehicle. Wasted the fitters time.Useless AI as per usual I expect?

Called on Monday, received a quote the next day early in the morning which was followed by a call not long after. Agreed the quote, logged online to complete the booking form. Later that day I received a text to say that the job was booked for the following day. The fitter arrived, explained what he was planning to do regarding calibration and completed the fitting within a couple of hours.
I broke my front passenger window strimming the edge of my front lawn, when the strimmer shot a stone towards my car. Although I had cover I thought I might find out how much it might be.An online search brought up UK Car Glass and the price was £295, reasonable I thought. The only other site that was thrown up and did windows other that a front screen was Autoglass and I had to ring up to get a price.I asked the agent to give me a non-insured figure and his response was a little shocking. He got as far as "One Thousand" when I cut in with "WHAT!" "You must be mad." He did offer a discount, but it wouln't be anywhere near the price from UK Car Glass. I told him to forget it and booked my appointment with UK Car Glass for the next day.I was not there when the work was done, but I inspected my vehicle on my return home and was pleased with what I found.I will never use Autoglass again, although it is 30 years since my last window replacement, so I will probably be dead, before I need another.
UK Car Glass came in considerably cheaper than Autoglass. The booking system was easy, the communication between UK Car Glass, their fitter and myself was excellent. A little over 24 hours between booking and fitting. Highly recommended.
