I was promised a free trial, but they claimed they couldn't find my information while still charging my account monthly. I provided proof of the charges, yet they insisted they couldn't locate my account. When I tried to log in, I was denied access, receiving a message that my trial had ended and I needed to upgrade. After several charges, I finally received an invoice, but they only offered a partial refund. I expressed my frustration, highlighting that I was charged multiple times without being able to use the service. This is why I wish to cancel and request a refund.

The interface is very clean and easy to use, and the results are good since it achieves its main goal: passing AI detectors. Many negative reviews seem to stem from unrealistic expectations rather than the tool's actual performance. It's crucial to note that if you're using it for specialized tasks like academic reports, you will likely need to revise parts of the generated text for grammar or context. I wouldn't recommend copying and pasting without any review. However, if you're willing to put in some effort, it can save you a lot of time.
My experience has been very disappointing. They charged me without notification, and when I requested a refund, they refused, claiming no refunds are given, even though I haven’t used a single token. Very untrustworthy and their model produces odd rewrites.
