Our sign was delivered with the drill holes misaligned and the text on the slate sloping. We measured it at 2-2.5mm and they would not replace it claiming it was within their acceptable tolerance limits. After several messages, photos and clarifications, we were only offered a minor discount on a new sign. We have had to order another sign from another provider and were left very disappointed.
Made my order over 2 weeks ago and it seems has yet to even be processed!
Not responding to my emails and if you want to contact them you are going to get caught chatting to their annoying and completely unhelpful chatbot that continually asks for your email address even when you have provided it to them several times!
Seriously regretting using this company.

⸻I had a gift voucher which I tried to apply on the website. When I entered the code the website site crashed. After re-logging back in, the website then showed the voucher as already applied, meaning I could no longer use it.I emailed the company and proceeded with a phone call the next day. They acknowledged it was a system error and said a new voucher code would be sent to me. The company did as promised and resolved the issue professionally and successfully.

Very cheap for a bespoke service, cannot complain about that.Also signs function as intended.But. Do NOT buy if you are worried about aesthetics.Hartlip sigh one of the transfer letters was wrinkled and another had a slightly loose edge.Newark sign (more expensive) was discoloured, had rough edges and had heat damage (melted) where the laser overshot. From a distance it looks fine, up close it looks cheap.Luckily I only bought two of the cheapest versions.If this had happened on a more expensive version I would of sent back for a refund.
